Nelson Bello Latin Jazz Quintet In-Person
Join us for an afternoon of Latin Jazz with conguero and East Hartford resident Nelson Bello and his Latin Jazz Quintet. Bello studied at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts, the Hartford Conservatory and under Jackie McLean at The Artists Collective. Be sure to bring a chair for our lawn, however you might not sit down, because you'll be on your feet dancing to the hot Latin rhythms! This program celebrating the contributions of immigrants is presented with funding support from the East Hartford Town Council via the East Hartford Commission on Culture and Fine Arts. For all ages, register for a reminder. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be moved indoors.
