Japan Week Cooking Program: Let’s Wrap and Roll Rice! Futomaki In-Person

Japan Week will run from Saturday, October 5 through Friday, October 11. Join us for programs celebrating the art and culture of Japan! Japan Week is organized by the US and Japan Society of Connecticut with funding support provided by the East Hartford Commission on Culture and Fine Arts.

Instructor Yutaka Iwabuchi from Maruichi Food & Deli in West Hartford will teach the class how to make futomaki, thick Japanese sushi rolls. For adults and teens. Please register.
