Sensory Play & Loose Parts Investigation In-Person

Children & families are invited to join us in the Children's Department at Raymond Library on Monday afternoons anytime between 1 – 4 PM for sensory table exploration! Our sensory table will be filled with different "loose parts" to discover, build, and play with. Through the use of these materials that can be sorted, combined, redesigned, taken apart and put back together in multiple ways, "loose parts" play offers open-ended play that supports invention, problem solving, and creative thinking. This program is best suited for children ages 3 - 8. No registration required.
